In order to create an article, you have to create it on your own.

Go to the Google homepage, and then tap the + icon to open the sidebar.
On the left, tap the menu icon.
From the menu, select Tools.

Select a topic that interests you.
You can also create a Google search for your content using the search box.
This is the same way you would search for an article.
If your topic is trending in the news, it will show up in the search results.
